The LifeCome HMO Digital ID Card is a member verification tool that helps eligible providers confirm your membership details and plan category.
Login to the Member Portal, open your Digital ID Card, present it at an eligible provider and follow the provider verification process.
Member name, member number, plan category, employer or sponsor if applicable, status, expiry or renewal date, QR code or verification reference.
Your Digital ID Card does not guarantee that every service is covered. Benefits, provider access and authorisation requirements still apply.
