Patient safety

Patient safety concerns, adverse events, poor service, delayed access and serious complaints should be escalated through formal channels.

Clinical review

Selected claims, authorisations, complaints and provider incidents may be reviewed by qualified clinical personnel to support appropriate care and cost control.
