LifeCome HMO is a health-financing and managed-care company. We are being developed to provide affordable, technology-enabled health cover for individuals, families, employers, diaspora sponsors, institutions and communities.
Our role is to connect members with qualified providers, manage benefit utilisation, support claims control, improve care navigation and help make healthcare spending more predictable. We work with hospitals, clinics, diagnostics providers, pharmacies, employers, public-sector partners and community groups to create structured access to care.
LifeCome HMO is not designed as a detached plan administrator. It is part of an integrated platform that includes LifeCome Hospitals, provider partnerships, digital care systems and healthcare infrastructure development. This model gives LifeCome HMO a stronger route to provider accountability, service monitoring and operational discipline.
The LifeCome Karu General Hospital platform is expected to serve as the first flagship provider pathway under the LifeCome HMO model, subject to applicable concession, licensing, onboarding and operational readiness requirements.
Through the strategic partnership with Impact Healthcare Group, LifeCome HMO is being structured to serve a wider provider network across Nigeria, including the chain of 70 hospitals identified for managed-care collaboration.
